Warner has been engaged by Riparius Construction, Inc. (Riparius) to fully develop the baseline schedule, integrate the tenant improvements schedule, and provide monthly updates and monitoring of the project, including potential time extension issues, on this 130,000 square foot office building in Hunt Valley, Maryland.
Greenfield Partners, Inc. engaged Riparius as its CM at Risk general contractor to construct this five (5) story LEED Silver office building totaling approximately 130,000 square feet. JMT, an engineering firm, will occupy floors 1 through 4 consisting of approximately 104,000 square feet. The fifth floor will be left as a warm dark shell, per the Basis of Design. Tenant interiors will be constructed to a typical suburban class B+ standard.
Construction of the Wight Avenue Office Building began in January 2015 and is scheduled for completion in April 2016.
