Jim Merlene is an accomplished Construction Executive with 30 years of experience managing government and private sector projects. Jim has extensive experience in construction on large, complex, at risk commercial construction contracts largely with Clark Construction. Sector market experience includes institutional, residential, hospitality, hospital and historic renovations. He managed the NYC path and MTA rail claims for Hurricane Sandy damage and co-managed the NYC office for Construction Management and Development (CM&D), working on projects throughout the northeast and mid-Atlantic region.
Jim has worked in partnership with Warner over the past nine months providing project management services for several projects with StonebridgeCarras, as well as Akridge.
